Shipping times

Processing time is 2 - 3 business days for pre-made items. For product that are made to order processing time can take up to 1 week. I ship First Class mail on most items. I do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

After the order has been shipped it will usually take 2 - 10 business days depending on your location.

In case that you package is lost or damage in transit you are responsible to file a claim with USPS.  We are also not responsible for weather related delays or damage. But with all that said if there is any problems contact me right away and I will be happy to help resolve any issues.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. I will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. If the order has been shipped you will be responsible for any address change charges that may be applied by USPS.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
